Boston Cancer Support
Boston Cancer Support is a non-profit that functions both online and within communities. The website provides resources for patients, families, and healthcare providers at the state and town level. This includes services such as FREE transportation to medical treatments, financial aid opportunities, clinical trial information, lodging locations during treatment, support groups and more. BCS also runs two Collective Impact Programs: Cancer Collaborative workshops provide professional development and networking opportunities along with resources and tools to maintain partnerships. Designed for healthcare professionals and organizations that support cancer patients and their families, groups learn their community’s largest issues and work to solve them. The Treatment Transport program provides patients with free rides to medical screenings, treatments and support groups.
