    Tour this historic house at 400 Beacon Street in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, the last residence for Mary Baker Eddy (the discoverer of Christian Science). She lived here from 1908-1910. Tours are available by appointment, year-round, with 48-hour advance notice required. Please call 617.278.9000, ext. 100, to schedule your tour.

    This house is owned and operated by Longyear Museum, an independent historical museum dedicated to advancing the understanding of the life and work of Mary Baker Eddy. The Museum is located at 1125 Boylston Street in Chestnut Hill, at the intersection of Dunster Road and Route 9. It is open to the public Monday, Thursday - Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM and Sunday from 1 to 4 PM. The Museum is closed Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and holidays.
