45th Annual Newton Mayor's Community Breakfast
Co-keynote speakers will be two student members of the Newton Youth Commission:
- Julia Geller, a senior student at Newton South High School;
- Nathan Persampieri, a senior student at Newton North High School.
The breakfast will also feature readings from an interfaith representation of clergy, musical performances from Newton Public School students, and the presentation of awards, including the annual Mayor Mann Community Service Awards, Rotary Club of Newton Anthony J. Bibbo scholarships, and the Harmony Foundation’s Setti D. Warren Humanitarian Award.
Proceeds from the breakfast will support the vital work of the Foundation for Racial, Ethnic and Religious Harmony, a community organization founded in 1988 through the initiative of Mayor Theodore D. Mann.
