Needham Harvest Fair
Needham's Fall Harvest Fair and Farmers Market is an annual community-wide festival that draws thousands to the center of town to mark the beginning of autumn.
Attendees will be able to stock up on seasonal produce and artisan products from vendors who are part of the weekly market on Garrity?s Way. Business and nonprofit exhibitors will line the town common and Chapel Street, with informational displays, giveaways, hands-on activities and more. Participating is a great way to reach new customers, highlight your organization, and celebrate our local community in this fun-filled day for the whole family!
Each participating exhibitor will be allocated a 10? x 10? (approx.) space. You may bring your own table/ chairs or rent them. Rented 6? Tables ($20) and chairs ($5 each) MUST be requested and paid for in advance. Please also indicate on your application if you will be bringing a tent, and/or any additional equipment. If you are planning special activities at your booth (face painting, arts and crafts, bean toss, etc) please let us know in advance. All are subject to space considerations and are approved at the discretion of the chamber.
BOOTH REGISTRATION - NEEDHAM BASED CHAMBER MEMBERS
First priority will be given to Needham-based chamber members only. There will be no fee to participate (but you must be a chamber member in good standing, and physically located in Needham). Booth registration for Needham-based chamber members begins Monday July 29.
BOOTH REGISTRATION ? IF YOU ARE BASED OUTSIDE NEEDHAM OR NOT A CHAMBER MEMBER
Second priority will be given to chamber member businesses located outside Needham, depending on availability. Limited space may be available to non-members at a later date.

Be prepared to file a temporary food permit with the Needham Health Dept. if you are planning on having any food or drink at your booth (including packaged candy). If you would like to sell or sample food in our food court, we'll need to confirm what you'll be serving and what electricity needs you may have.
