She is the founder of Salerno Consulting, LLC, and a trusted advisor in guiding leaders with the tools, best practices, and insights to develop community investment programs. She consults on CSR and ESG strategy, philanthropic strategy, board governance, and organizational planning for clients such as New England Conservatory, IDEXX, Mars Wrigley, CDP, and Commonwealth Corporation. Susanne previously served as Senior Director of Operations & Planning at GBH in Boston. She holds a Master's in Public Policy from Tufts, a BS in Business Administration from Villanova University, and has earned the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® designation from the American College. Susanne lives in Watertown.
