Donna Lynch has a strong background in the visual arts, having attended the Mass College of Art and worked professionally as a costume designer for opera companies in the Boston area.

Recently, Donna transitioned from a ten year practice with New York Life as a financial advisor, and with that business background, a comprehensive pricing analysis is used for market values.

Michael joined R.S. Gilmore Insurance Agency in February of 2019. Since joining the agency, Michael holds his Property, Casualty, and Personal Lines insurance licenses. Michael is hard-working and eager to build his relationships to honestly serve local businesses, families, and individuals. Michael enjoys piecing together comprehensive and affordable insurance packages that protect his clients’ most prized possessions.

Michael graduated Springfield College with a Sport Management degree with concentrations in both Business and Coaching. Since graduating college in 2014, Michael has proven to be a successful mentor for young athletes through the sport of basketball. Michael currently coaches a youth travel team in the spring and fall months out of Mass Premier Courts. He also serves as an assistant coach to Xaverian Brothers High School’s Varsity Basketball Team.
