Lead Carpenter

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE 

• Has strong carpentry, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills (written and oral) 

• Brings positive energy, takes on all tasks with enthusiasm, works well with a wide range of people, and is a team player 

• Can read and understand construction documents  

• Exhibits supervisory and leadership potential if not an actual track record of supervisory experience 

• Shows ongoing interest in continuing education  

• Always maintains personal and jobsite safety 

• Must have reliable transportation to work sites around metropolitan Boston 

• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (accommodations will be made for religious and medical exemptions)

DETAILS 

Employment type: full-time 

Minimum experience: 5 years of field experience in residential construction  

Salary: $33-43 hourly depending on experience 

Benefits: worth an additional $6-7 hourly in the initial year including
