When Shirley Spinetta's daughter was a junior at Newton North High School, Shirley noticed how often Sabrina and her friends were running off to nearby towns to satisfy their cravings for burritos. These trips became so frequent that Shirley had to find out where they were going and what all the hype was about. The journey begins! Shirley couldn't ignore this burrito craze and Tango Mango is born! Combining her love of good healthy food, and her driven entrepreneurial spirit. Shirley decided to investigate the world of Taqueria. Guidance from friend and fellow restaurateur Mario Boccabella, Tango Mango evolved from a dream into reality.
