Arthritis Foundation - Massachusetts Office
The Arthritis Foundation is the largest national nonprofit organization that supports the more than 100 types of arthritis. We are the largest private, nonprofit contributor to arthritis research in the world, funding more than $450 million in research grants since 1948. The Foundation provides public health education; pursues public policy and legislation; and conducts evidence-based programs to improve the quality of life for those living with arthritis.
The Foundation offers information and tools to help people live a better life. Whether it’s advice from medical experts to specialized arthritis self-management or our Walk With Ease program, the Arthritis Foundation has your solution.
There are many of ways to become involved with the Arthritis Foundation. Whether you become a member, make a donation or remember us in your will, your contribution goes to support cutting-edge research and programs designed to help people with arthritis. For every dollar donated to the Arthritis Foundation, 78 cents goes directly to fund research and programs for people with arthritis.
You can help by serving on an Arthritis Foundation committee, lending a hand at an event or sharing your professional skills as a volunteer.
Getting involved does not require a major donation or major time commitment. Attend a fundraising event such as the Newton Jingle Bell Run/Walk or the Walk to Cure Arthritis Boston. Raise awareness about arthritis’ effects on your life and the needs of people with arthritis as an advocate.
We welcome your support in the fight against arthritis.
