About Us

Creating delicious, hearty soups from scratch is a tried and true tradition old as history itself. Inspired by this tradition, husband and wife team Marjorie Druker and Paul Brophy started the New England Soup Factory in Brookline, Massachusetts, in 1995. Their mission for the New England Soup Factory was to ''take old, good ideas and fashion them to these times. The key is to create comfort food that is good for you.''

We have added a modern rotisserie that we had made in France. We use an all natural locally raised Certified Humane Chicken from Murray's Chickens and marinate them for 24 hours in our very secret & special recipe. The result is a very tender & flavorful chicken that is unique. We also offer a host of both cold and hot side dishes that will complement your lunch or dinner. We make everything from scratch using only the finest ingredients and methods you have come to expect from New England Soup Factory.
